Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks an Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer in Tamaulipas to drive continuous improvements in manufacturing processes. You will challenge KPIs, optimize flow, and lead cost-saving projects.

The role requires Six Sigma, PFMEA, Lean/Kanban expertise, AutoCAD and simulation tools, and advanced English. Proactive communication will be essential to collaborate across teams and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electric Engineering.
Six Sigma and statistical knowledge required.
Knowledge to implement PFMEA.
Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, JITs and Poka-Yoke knowledge.
AutoCAD and simulation software.
Advanced English, written and spoken.
Proactive with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Improve manufacturing processes through continuous improvement and KPI challenges.
Optimize flow of materials, personnel, cycle times and transport while maintaining safety standards.
Develop and implement projects to optimize costs and resources.
Ensure project execution with the right tools and methodologies for continuous improvement.
