Job summary

Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing programs that enable operational excellence, NPI readiness, and continuous improvement across facilities.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to deliver programs on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals, driving productivity and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing programs or complex projects in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Conversational English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of manufacturing programs with clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Drive readiness for new product introductions (NPI), process changes, and capacity expansions.
• Ensure programs meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and improvement opportunities within manufacturing workflows.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
• Monitor key metrics such as production output, process capability, cost performance, and quality indicators.
