Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree required in an appropriate manufacturing or engineering related field.
• At least five years in manufacturing related fields experience, requires strong knowledge of Lean, Takt Time, Cycle Time, and continuous improvement.
• English Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of engineers to support manufacturing operation and business growth.
• Plan factory layouts and coordinate NPIs, CNIs, and capital projects as needed.
• Ensure efficient use of equipment and space, manage changes and releases, and drive PQVC goals.
• Coordinate and communicate with Tooling Design and other departments for new processes.
