Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Negotiation with customers and prioritization skills.
• Experience leading a standalone/unionized facility.
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure.
• Strong technical skills in fuel systems and precision machining.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs daily plant operations including production, maintenance, engineering support, safety, regulatory compliance, distribution and warehousing.
• Directs programs for hiring, performance management and training of personnel.
• Leads manufacturing operations to produce cost-effective, high-quality products in a safe environment.
• Directs development of production schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations; monitors performance to remove impediments.
