• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, design, and production teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efforts to analyze and improve manufacturing processes for cost, cycle time, quality, and throughput.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives and Six Sigma projects.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and automation to enhance production capabilities.
• Serve as manufacturing lead for NPI projects, ensuring smooth design-to-production transitions.
• Collaborate with R&D and design to influence manufacturability and scalability.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources; ensure delivery.
