Vertiv is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Specialist to develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes for high-volume production. The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance, with responsibilities spanning process development, continuous improvement, equipment & automation, and NPI support.
The candidate will lead Kaizen events, drive SMED/5S initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing readiness and adherence to
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing/engineering field and 5+ years in manufacturing engineering.
- Experience leading process improvement projects and capital equipment initiatives.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, PFMEA, control plans, and process validation.
Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and production methods.
- Establish standard work, process docs, and manufacturing specs.
- Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate equipment and automation solutions and manage installation/validation.
- Support NPI, capital projects, and efficient production layouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing readiness.
