Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or related field.
• Fluent English.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Role Definition: Provides technical expertise to design all aspects of production, costs, quality, safety compliance, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
• Manages manufacturing processes, tooling, gaging and equipment; supports implementation from design concept through NPI and maintenance of existing processes.
• Identifies and implements enhancements and modifications to complex manufacturing operations equipment and processes.
• Monitors equipment and process reliability; addresses problem areas.
• Provides direct supervision, coaching and development for operations technical staff and support areas.
• Leads engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
• Performs machine runoffs and signs off on acceptance criteria of technical specifications.
