Job summary

Caterpillar, Inc. in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas is seeking a senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing functions, drive world-class processes and governance, and deliver improved OEE through lean methods.

You will coordinate area operations to meet schedules while controlling costs and support NPI/NCI/NSI programs. Responsibilities include supervising engineering and support staff, aligning production readiness, and ensuring equipment and method improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language required.
• Analytical ability and strong communication skills.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, performance management and development of plant personnel.
• Lead assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, layout and standards.
