The role emphasizes lean principles, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with accountability for production schedules, performance coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• BS degree required and demonstrated ability to lead complex plant operations.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) and strong communication skills.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar manufacturing/plant environment.
• Experience negotiating with customers and prioritizing competing demands.
• Experience leading a standalone or unionized facility.
• Ability to perform under pressure with composure and maintain high technical standards in fuel systems and precision machining.

• Oversee programs for hiring, performance management and development of personnel.
• Direct all aspects of manufacturing to produce cost-effective, high-quality products in a safe environment.
• Develop and continuously improve operating methods, equipment, and systems to meet goals.
• Plan production schedules to meet internal targets and customer expectations, removing impediments.
