Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to study production processes, improve efficiency, and promote a disciplined operational culture. You will lead cross-functional efforts to plan, execute, and sustain improvements in manufacturing operations, while ensuring safety and environmental compliance and Oracle data integrity.

The role requires a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, 2+ years in a similar position, and experience in blueprint interpretation, IATF core

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Experience in automotive/aerospace manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Study production process requirements and determine efficient operations.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for quality and cost.
• Develop automated and non-automated systems to support production.
• Train personnel on new processes and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Manage Oracle systems and verify drawings against specifications.
