Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to manage purchasing systems and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

You will plan, execute, and sustain improvements to support business objectives, working cross-functionally to optimize operations and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include studying production requirements, evaluating processes, testing procedures, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance, while updating systems with new technology

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• Automotive/Aerospace Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a similar position.
• Experience in operations management and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and interpret drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Study requirements of each production process and determine efficient operations.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and develop effective systems.
• Test existing or new production procedures and implement improvements.
• Support implementation of processes for high-quality products.
• Ensure production lines operate efficiently to meet customer requirements.
• Interpret customer drawings and specification requirements.
• Create production operation documentation and perform process improvements.
• Train personnel in current and new processes.
