Cummins Inc. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing/Process Engineer to contribute to planning, design, and implementation of changes to equipment and systems. You will work with internal teams, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to improve workflows and meet safety and quality standards.
The role emphasizes applying lean methods, VSM, Kaizen, and problem-solving to translate analysis into actionable improvements, with on-site responsibilities and relocation support as needed.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Strong machining background and problem solving with a customer focus.
- Experience translating process analysis into Kaizen events and CI projects.
- Advanced English and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Responsabilidades
- Assist with projects to create and implement manufacturing processes while meeting safety and product specs.
- Apply manufacturing principles to improve equipment and processes and develop standards.
- Collaborate with internal/external resources and learn Cummins practices.
