Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG) is seeking an experienced professional to manage operational systems, inspection processes and continuous improvement initiatives. The role drives an disciplined operational culture and builds improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.

You will work cross-functionally to plan, execute, and sustain process improvements, while ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and QMS.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Admin./Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in operations management.
• Knowledge/experience in supply chain.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 standard.
• Understanding of QMS (Quality Management System).
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operational systems, inspection operations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Promote disciplined operational culture and develop improvement strategies.
• Plan, execute, and sustain business process improvements cross-functionally.
• Liaise between customers and plant to address visits, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and lead necessary changes.
• Coordinate implementation of advanced quality planning in manufacturing.
• Define critical characteristics and inspection/testing methods across materials and processes.
• Instruct and apply statistical techniques to reduce process variation.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
