Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Leader to oversee daily operations in a high-volume plant in Mexicali. You will drive production planning, inventory control and Lean initiatives to meet demanding customer requirements.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and a background in Six Sigma, JIT/Kanban, and QMS audits, with advanced English communication skills. This position offers a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years leading manufacturing operations in high-volume settings.
• Strong background in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, JIT and Kanban.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audits.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English communication (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals and customer requirements.
• Develop production plans and align material requirements with demand and supplier capabilities.
• Manage inventory using Lean principles including JIT and Kanban.
• Monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost performance.
• Lead Lean and operational excellence projects across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements and support audits.
• Manage resources, equipment utilization, and capacity planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges with urgency.
• Promote safety, accountability, collaboration and employee development.
• Champion best practices in manufacturing, quality, maintenance and customer satisfaction.
