Gas Strategies Mexicali plant seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Leader to drive end-to-end operations across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and NPI. You will develop technical and behavioral competencies, foster accountability, and lead teams to meet ambitious goals.

You will champion continuous improvement through Kaizen, OEE, and lean initiatives, manage capacity and plant layout, own internal and customer quality processes, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards, while

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Manufacturing).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CMMS platforms.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, and facility operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and NPI teams to strengthen competencies and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drives plant-wide continuous improvement through Kaizen, OEE, RTY, uptime, and lean initiatives; manages capacity and process optimization.
• Owns internal and customer quality processes, including inspections, metrology, and scorecards; leads 8D/CAR problem solving.
