Job summary

BRP in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the output of the manufacturing line, coordinate with the Service Department, and manage emergencies to meet production objectives. Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Bilingual preferred where applicable.
• Understanding of OEE and Lean Manufacturing tools is expected.
• Efficiency in manufacturing processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Production Supervisors and maintain production schedule.
• Oversee operations, equipment, and quality initiatives to reduce defects.
• Maintain communication with customers and service departments.
• Meet production objectives and ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in ISO 9001:2015 related QA and training activities.
