Job summary

BRP in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Production Leader to guide assembly/manufacturing lines and supervise service departments to achieve objectives through strategy and teamwork.

You will ensure safety, drive risk assessments and mitigation, and manage KPI performance while maintaining BRP's culture of trust, respect, and 5S practices. A Bachelor in Engineering or Administration with 3+ years in production is required.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least 3 years in production areas (assembly systems, manufacturing or automotive).
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assure, and maintain a safe production environment compliant with Health and Safety standards.
• Generate and follow up risk assessments and lead risk mitigation.
• Manage KPIs and ensure meeting targets.
• Oversee budgets and resources to maximize efficiency.
• Promote BRP values and ensure adherence to quality and process standards.
