Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Juarez Automotive site. The role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on leading production lines, coaching operators, and guiding process improvements in a highly technical environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and experience coordinating with engineers on improvement projects, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Leads a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness goals.
• Experience in harnesses is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple production lines in a highly technical environment.
• Coach operators and drive performance improvements.
• Review operating performance and advise on efficiency and quality improvements.
• Coordinate with engineers for plant improvements and project proposals.
• Provide technical/operational guidance to project teams.
