Job summary

BRP is seeking a Process Engineer in Ciudad Juárez to lead safe, efficient assembly operations and continuous improvement across NPD/IE. The role focuses on robust processes, tooling design, quality assurance, and collaboration with product engineers to ensure vehicle features meet specifications.

The ideal candidate applies Lean principles, supports pilot runs, and drives QMS compliance, cost and safety improvements across the work cell.

Qualifications

• Advanced English with strong technical communication ability.
• Solid interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with PLCs from Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
• Familiar with Atlas Copco electric tools and related tasks.
• SAP proficiency and knowledge of Enablon systems.
• PMO tools experience and project management methods.
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
• Exposure to PDCA and DMAIC for continuous improvement.
• CATIA proficiency for tooling and fixtures design.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain safe, organized work environments to prevent accidents.
• Develop robust processes to produce high-quality vehicles.
• Create torque matrices and optimize VA/NVA ratios.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers to meet specifications.
• Lead CI initiatives using Lean and BRPMS tools.
• Manage budgets and supplier options for quality and lead time.
• Support pilot runs and safety improvement activities.
• Develop tools/fixtures and resolve quality issues.
• Oversee capital equipment projects and QMS compliance.
