BRP seeks a Senior Quality Leader in Ciudad Juárez to drive continuous improvement across assembly lines and supplier quality. You will lead Quality Engineers and Technicians, manage PFMEA, DOE, PPAP, and ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and coordinate with BRP sites to standardize best practices.

You will guide problem-solving efforts, track metrics, coach teams, and foster cross-cultural collaboration while traveling as needed to support global operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality.
• 3 to 4 years of management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement within assembly lines, manufacturing operations, and incoming quality processes.
• Make decisions regarding product release for delivery.
• Define and measure complex quality issues.
• Monitor the implementation and execution of problem-solving processes.
• Serve as the primary interface between the final customer (PPQ team) and the assembly line.
• Act as the main interface with internal customers to resolve assembly line issues.
