Job summary

Cardinal Health in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a General Production Supervisor to coordinate and oversee daily production activities for ShiftB, ensuring alignment with the production plan and quality targets.

You will lead and develop the production team, monitor metrics such as productivity and safety, and work with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience, preferably in production or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work ShiftB. Experience leading and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities for ShiftB, allocating personnel and resources according to priorities.
• Administer and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring employees follow guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to the production plan and monitor productivity, quality, efficiency, scrap, and safety metrics.
• Lead, train, and develop the production team, providing feedback and promoting engagement and accountability.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve operational issues and reduce downtime.
