LHH, located in Guanajuato, Mexico, is seeking a Lead in Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance. This role focuses on hands-on manufacturing execution, particularly in new line launches and continuous improvement to ensure quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have at least 2 years in a leadership role, or 5 years in manufacturing. Ideal candidates have solid experience in Tier 1 automotive environments.

Formación

• 2+ years in a similar leadership role, or 5+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Solid experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.
• Proven experience launching new production lines.
