• Recruit and interview Quality Engineers and Technicians.
• Coach QA staff in interviewing and onboarding to ensure high standards.
• Manage performance, set clear goals, and track metrics across the team.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional groups to support global accounts and customer requirements.
• Develop training curricula and mentor staff to deliver exceptional quality across products.
