Formación

• Knowledge of injection molding machines.
• Experience managing production personnel.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Familiarity with 5S workplace organization.

Responsabilidades

• Meet safety, production, quality, and on-time delivery targets.
• Lead production staff and monitor performance.
• Ensure 5S compliance and safety training participation.
• Record data in the M3 system and report equipment issues.
• Manage attendance, permissions, and disciplinary actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
