Morgan Advanced Materials in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to head the Process Engineering team and drive improvements across production, quality, capacity, cost, and performance. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and other functions to remove bottlenecks and ensure systems meet customer requirements.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes solving problems and building systems to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering team and drive manufacturing improvements.
• Optimize capacity, throughput, and equipment utilization across production centers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and process capability in line with customer requirements.
• Coach engineers and validate equipment performance post-maintenance.
• Drive cost reductions, cycle time reductions, and productivity improvements.
