• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, process development, automation, or industrialization.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plan, DOE, run-at-rate, and problem-solving methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, industrialization, qualification, and launch of manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Procurement, equipment suppliers, and plants.
• Plan and execute equipment qualification, process validation, and ramp-up activities.
• Mentor teams and drive data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
