Robertshaw in Mexico is seeking an Engineering and Quality Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering and Quality functions, oversee process development, NPI, and the ISO 9001 quality system. You will drive productivity, cost reduction and continuous improvement across the plant, manage teams, and coordinate with customers and global teams using advanced English.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, at least five years in manufacturing engineering

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and quality tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop team members, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Manage the ISO 9001 quality management system, maintain certification, and ensure compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.
• Represent the plant in customer quality matters and coordinate problem analysis and timely closure of corrective actions.
• Analyze quality metrics and cost of poor quality, and drive Lean Sigma projects to reduce defects, waste, and costs.
• Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
