• Math/Science background required or strongly preferred.
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude is required.
• Experience in roles that deepen understanding of equipment and processes is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Supports production line to improve yields, throughput and product quality.
• Trains and coaches operators on proper processes and procedures.
• Applies Lean and KT tools to reduce downtime and costs while improving quality.
