Corning Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to drive operational execution, readiness, and continuous improvement across the site. You will translate business priorities into shop-floor actions and lead cross-functional teams to ensure launches, ramp-ups, and sustainable performance of manufacturing processes.

You will strengthen safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while fostering a culture of discipline, ownership, and problem-solving across the operation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing operations or production leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and ramp-ups.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and production planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing strategies and readiness activities across the operation.
• Translate priorities into actionable shop-floor roadmaps with milestones.
• Ensure readiness before launches: labor, equipment, materials, and quality controls.
• Drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Monitor metrics like OEE, yield, RTY, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
