Job summary

Flex is seeking a Business System Analyst to be based in Flex North. You will act as the bridge between customers and IT, handling first-level incidents and implementing temporary fixes while permanent solutions are prepared.

A wide range of day-to-day tasks includes diagnosing data quality, updating production servers, and documenting troubleshooting steps. The role requires 1+ year in technical support, network and OS experience, basic database and programming knowledge, and intermediate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related field.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
1+ year of experience in technical support.
Previous customer service experience.
Experience with networking and operating systems.
Basic experience with databases.
Basic programming knowledge.
Knowledge of servers.
Experience with Active Directory is preferred.
Experience with Zebra printers is preferred.
Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact between customer and IT.
Record occurrences and resolution of first-level support incidents.
Implement and register temporary solutions to IT service failures in production lines.
Diagnose quality problems of application data.
Define and implement preventive actions to avoid future incidents.
Prioritize and resolve IT service incidents.
Ensure availability of floor control systems.
Install and update applications on production servers.
Document troubleshooting in a knowledge base.
Execute proactive tasks to prevent IT impact.
