Job summary

Robertshaw, a private equity-owned global design, engineering and manufacturing leader, seeks a Senior Manager for Global Supplier Quality & Development. You will own supplier performance, risk mitigation, and quality system compliance across regions to support growth.

You will lead regional SQE teams, collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Operations, and drive continuous improvement using APQP/PPAP and QMS controls. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
• 10+ years in supplier quality, quality assurance, manufacturing or operations.
• 5+ years leading global or multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global supplier quality and supplier development strategy.
• Lead and develop global SQE teams and regional suppliers.
• Standardize processes across regions for North America, Europe and Asia.
• Provide executive reporting on supplier quality performance and risks.
• Lead supplier qualification, approval and onboarding including on-site audits.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, FAI and process capability reviews.
