Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Monterrey is seeking a Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing of mechanical and electronic assemblies. You will drive end-to-end quality processes, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and lead MRB, nonconforming material control, and supplier quality management to improve product reliability.

You will collaborate with corporate teams, customers, and suppliers, guiding teams through corrective actions and continuous improvement using tools such as 8D,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineer roles within manufacturing of mechanical and electronic assemblies.
• Fluency in English is preferred for global collaboration.
• Strong data-driven decision making with KPI/KBIs.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (UL, CSA, TUV).
• Lead MRB processes, nonconforming material control, and supplier quality management.
• Identify and implement corrective actions with measurable impact using structured methods (A3, 8D, DMAIC, PDCA).
