A leading energy solutions provider in Mexico is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage projects involving DC electric motors in the automotive sector. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with strong skills in project management and a minimum of 7-10 years experience. Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Autocad and Solidworks is required. The role emphasizes effective communication, analytical capabilities, and a commitment to lean manufacturing principles.

Formación

  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in DC electric motors.
  • Knowledge in project and product costing and applicable norms.

Responsabilidades

  • Handle projects for transferring lines and/or installations of new lines.
  • Develop work instructions and procedures.
  • Involvement in reduction of scrap.

We are looking for someone with the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in Automotive Industry (7‑10 years)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DC electric motors, (direct current)
  • Experience handling projects for transferring lines and/or installations of new lines
  • Knowledge of project and product costing
  • Advanced English (Will be in constant communication with Corporate)
  • Use of Softwares: Autocad/Solidworks, Tia Portal (PLC) is a plus, Labview is a plus
  • Knowledge in norms and aplicable legislations
  • APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Lean manufacturing, Interpret drawings
  • Knowledge in methologies to handle the area
  • Develop Work instructions and procedures
  • Error Proofing or Pokayoke
  • Involvement in reduction of scrap
