Leggett Dynamics is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer with 7–10 years in the automotive industry and at least 5 years of experience with DC motors. You will lead line transfers and new line installations, and oversee project and product costing.
Strong leadership and Advanced English are essential for collaboration with Corporate. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and TIAP Portal (LabVIEW a plus) is expected, along with knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Lean manufacturing, and drawing

We are looking for a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer with the following:
Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering
Experience in Automotive Industry (7-10 years)
Minimum 5 years of experience in DC electric motors, (direct current)
Experience handling projects for transferring lines and/or installations of new lines
Knowledge of project and product costing
Leadership skills
Advanced English (Will be in constant communication with Corporate)
Use of Softwares: Autocad/Solidworks, Tia Portal (PLC) is a plus, Labview is a plus
Knowledge in norms and aplicable legislations
APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Lean manufacturing, Interpret drawings
Knowledge in methologies to handle the area
Develop Work instructions and procedures
Error Proofing or Pokayoke
Involvement in reduction of scrap
Engineering changes
Continuous improvement
