A leading manufacturing company in Guanajuato is seeking an experienced candidate for an Engineering role. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, with significant experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of DC electric motors. Advanced English proficiency and experience with relevant design software are essential. Formación

• Experience handling projects for transferring lines and/or installations of new lines.
• Knowledge of norms and applicable legislations.
• Involvement in reduction of scrap and continuous improvement.
• Experience transferring lines or installing new lines is desirable.
• Knowledge of project costing is required.
• Strong leadership skills are expected.
• Advanced English communication with corporate is required.
• Proficiency in Autocad/SolidWorks; PLC tools (TIA Portal) a plus; LabVIEW a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable norms and legislations is required.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Lean manufacturing; ability to interpret drawings.
• Ability to develop work instructions and procedures.

We Are Looking For Someone With The Following

• Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Automotive Industry (7-10 years)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DC electric motors, (direct current)
• Experience handling projects for transferring lines and/or installations of new lines
• Knowledge of project and product costing
• Leadership skills
• Advanced English (Will be in constant communication with Corporate)
• Use of Softwares: Autocad/Solidworks, Tia Portal (PLC) is a plus, Labview is a plus
• Knowledge in norms and aplicable legislations
• APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Lean manufacturing, Interpret drawings
• Knowledge in methologies to handle the area
• Develop Work instructions and procedures
• Error Proofing or Pokayoke
• Involvement in reduction of scrap
• Engineering changes
• Continuous improvement
