The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in the automotive industry and at least 5 years with DC electric motors. We are looking for someone with the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Automotive Industry (7-10 years)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DC electric motors, (direct current)
• Experience handling projects for transferring lines and/or installations of new lines
• Knowledge of project and product costing
• Advanced English (Will be in constant communication with Corporate)
• Use of Softwares: Autocad/Solidworks, Tia Portal (PLC) is a plus, Labview is a plus
• Knowledge in norms and aplicable legislations
• APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Lean manufacturing, Interpret drawings
• Knowledge in methologies to handle the area
• Develop Work instructions and procedures
• Error Proofing or Pokayoke
• Involvement in reduction of scrap
