CB Talents SP is seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Help Desk Executive to assist employees with HR inquiries, policies, payroll and benefits. The role requires clear communication in Mandarin and English and the ability to manage multiple requests in a structured workplace.

Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; salary is up to RM 5,500 per month. The ideal candidate has at least one year in customer service or HR support and a detail-oriented, proactive approach.

Formación

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR support.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English
• Provide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits
• Resolve issues or cascade complex cases to the relevant HR teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions
• Ensure service quality and response time meet company standards
• Support administrative HR tasks when required
