Job summary

ABB in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance team and boost equipment efficiency. You will handle emergencies, calibrate and adjust machinery, and address recurring issues to ensure reliable production lines.

The role requires technical training, basic English, and availability for shift rotation. On-site work with ABB Smart Power operations in the region.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and electronics.
• Availability to rotate shifts.
• Technical career diploma.
• Basic English communication skills.

• Respond to emergencies and equipment breakdowns.
• Report recurring machinery problems for records.
• Outline issues with parts that can be addressed.
