ABB in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking a maintenance leader to head the factory maintenance team. The role focuses on planning and implementing reliability and efficiency initiatives for electrical equipment, production lines, and facilities. On-site, 12-hour weekend shifts may be required.

You will develop life cycle management procedures, coordinate breakdown responses, and work closely with Engineering to improve processes and safety while controlling costs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• 4+ years of experience in maintenance roles or leading a maintenance team.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the factory maintenance team in planning and implementing maintenance initiatives.
• Coordinate response to equipment breakdowns to restore production quickly.
• Develop and propose life cycle management for equipment to optimize reliability and cost.
• Define maintenance plans for new production lines and improve safety.
• Monitor costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources.
