ABB in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico is seeking a Quality Specialist to support deployment of the quality strategy for a local unit. You will lead resource planning, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable operations.

You will collaborate with HR, quality, and HSE teams to ensure proper staffing, training, and adherence to quality criteria. A background in engineering and manufacturing leadership is required.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, electrical automation or related field.
4+ years as production supervisor in manufacturing.
Experience in team development and production line assignment.
Willingness to work Fri–Sun 12-hour shifts (7:00–19:00) and rest Mon–Thu.
Good English skills (intermediate).

Responsabilidades

Organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets.
Lead capacity planning and resource optimization.
Ensure on-time delivery and volume targets for lines.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Oversee issue resolution with internal teams and safety compliance.
Support HR in staffing and development plans.
