ABB in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a line in a manufacturing unit. You will supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensure KPI targets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a cost-effective, timely manner.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in production supervision.
• Experience in electrical manufacturing transformation process or similar.
• Experience to lead operation crews +40 people.
• Knowledge of SCRAP KPI's, defects, order expiration & production rate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI & ETO.
• Lean manufacturing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in your assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs: efficiency, quality, waste, cycle times, etc.
• Lead and motivate the operations team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering to ensure operational continuity.
• Prepare production reports and deviation analyses.
• Train personnel on operating procedures, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
