ABB in Ramos Arizpe is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead the factory maintenance team, plan and execute reliability-based strategies, and optimize asset performance. You will coordinate breakdown responses, preventive and corrective work, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, mechatronics, or related field.
2+ years in maintenance, reliability, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
Experience leading maintenance technicians or teams.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance programs and asset lifecycle management.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.

Responsabilidades

Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and production continuity.
Develop and execute preventive, corrective, and reliability-based maintenance strategies.
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
Define maintenance plans for new equipment and production lines with Engineering and Operations.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, costs, and resource utilization to improve efficiency and control budgets.
Ensure safety, environmental, and company standards are followed while developing team capabilities.
