ABB in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking a Production Leader to drive efficient, cost-conscious manufacturing across multiple lines. You will oversee budgets, schedules, quality targets, and workforce planning to meet customer demand while sustaining lean operations.

The role requires 8+ years in production leadership, a Bachelor's in engineering, SAP/Excel/Power BI proficiency, Lean Six Sigma and APICS certs, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of production leadership experience.
• Experience managing large, mixed-shift workforces and production schedules.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual production budgets and manage cost actions.
• Optimize resources across lines and high/low volume production.
• Lead continuous improvement with Lean practices.
• Ensure on-time orders and alignment with customer requirements.
• Maintain HSE compliance and safety performance.
