Job summary

Carrier México, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities, manage technicians, and drive improvements for equipment reliability and safety on site in Mexico.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and safety standards across production processes. The role requires experience supervising maintenance in manufacturing and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance.
• Manage maintenance technicians and resources for planned and emergency work.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Close safety and environmental findings per company standards.
• Oversee lubrication programs, leak detection, and condition monitoring.
