Job summary

Continental in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities within automotive/manufacturing environments. The role focuses on KPIs, shift coordination, and SAP PM governance.

You will supervise maintenance interventions, manage work orders, and ensure proper use of SAP PM while coordinating with internal clients to validate completed tasks. Basic English and leadership are desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronic/Mechatronic/Automation/Electrical) or similar.
Leadership experience in maintenance or manufacturing.
Basic English is desirable.
Experience in automotive or manufacturing maintenance.
Experience as Maintenance Supervisor managing personnel.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic control, drives, PLCs, IPCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the Main Maintenance KPI´s: expenses, MTTR, MTBF, MMR & Lost Time in compliance to Preventive Programs & Corrective Actions.
Coordinate with Maintenance Shift Leaders to ensure receipt and delivery of pending tasks at shift changes and follow up on SAP PM work orders.
Ensure correct SAP PM usage for opening/closing work orders and management of personnel executing tasks.
Supervise maintenance interventions to verify and validate tasks with internal clients.
