Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Guanajuato, Mexico to lead maintenance of critical production equipment and drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective activities, manage a team of technicians, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role requires strong problem-solving and team leadership, plus experience with CMMS systems and lean maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Industrial).
• Experience supervising maintenance operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manpower, resources and equipment usage in maintenance operations.
• Ensure efficient operation of production equipment to meet design performance.
• Lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance technicians and resources for planned and emergency work orders.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, cost and equipment KPIs.
