KONE Mexico in Cancun is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead field-service operations, ensure safety, deliver quality service, and drive customer satisfaction across the region. You will plan maintenance, manage callouts and service repairs, monitor costs, recruit and develop technicians, and ensure contract delivery meets KONE’s standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading technicians and coordinating maintenance work.

• Plan, manage, and control field service operations.
• Be first point of contact for technicians and customers on issues.
• Ensure service delivery meets contract expectations and safety standards.
• Drive sales of service repairs and follow up on leads.
• Monitor costs and CMII; supervise scheduling and absences.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new technicians.
