KONE México in Cancún is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with a strong technical operations background and hands-on leadership. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure safety and high-quality service, and manage maintenance operations to meet contractual expectations.

You will drive service revenue through repairs, oversee scheduling and training, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions for customers while controlling costs and resources.

Formación

• Strong background in technical operations and field service leadership.
• Hands-on leadership with problem-solving and people development.
• Ability to manage maintenance costs and drive service revenue.
• Experience recruiting and onboarding technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure field safety for technicians and users.
• Plan and optimize maintenance, callouts, and service repairs.
• Resolve customer complaints related to service quality and invoicing.
• Drive sales of service repairs and follow up on leads.
• Monitor and control operational costs and CMII.
• Conduct site audits and lead accident investigations if needed.
• Validate timesheets, balance workload, and oversee scheduling.
