KONE Mexico in Guadalajara seeks a Field Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure safe, high-quality installations of KONE solutions. You will act as the on-site representative, coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical operations and field service leadership, with a hands-on approach to team development, performance tracking, and site readiness.

• Ability to lead installation teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead installation teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with customers, builders, contractors, Sales, CSE and Project Managers.
• Promote Lean principles and continuous improvement on site.
• Verify site execution plans and manage field costs during installation.
