Brown-Forman is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure reliable operation of our production lines and facilities, with a strong emphasis on safety and sustainability. You will lead planning and scheduling of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, coordinate with suppliers, manage the budget, and drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis and cross‑functional teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including planning and leading technical teams.
• Proficiency in SAP, eMaint, Advanced Office Suite, and CAD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and updating of maintenance plans in eMaint, ensuring 100% asset coverage.
• Coordinate external maintenance activities and manage maintenance budgets.
• Define kitting and logistics strategies with Warehouse team and monitor KPIs.
• Analyze results and drive continuous improvement projects across maintenance functions.
